Introduction: Congenital uterine anomalies are common but their effect on reproductive outcome is unclear. result from abnormal formation, fusion or resorption of mullerian ducts during fetal life. The overall frequency 4%. In general fertile population the 5%, in infertile 3%. Recurrent miscarriages occur 5-10% cases. Materials and methods:A hospital based cross-sectional analytical study was conducted among pregnant women with uncorrected tract Shaheed NirmalMahto Medical College, Dhanbad, Jharkhand. All anomalies, diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound and/or hysterosalpingography admitted through emergency OPD basis. for a period two years September 2018 to August 2020. Results: A total 31 were included study. Bicornuate uterus most anomaly (45.2%) followed arcuate (19.3%). Cesarean section 72.6% its major indication malpresentation (breech). Maternal complications present 55% pregnancies 52% newborns.
